Q: What Was Your First Role at Autura — How Did It Prepare You for Where You Are Now?

I started with AutoReturn as a Partner Support Agent.

With a decade of tenure the, Partner Support role has exposed me to a vast amount of experiences from the Tow Operators and Drivers as well as the Government Agency side. This has prepared me for my new role in a way that I can be empathetic to our customers needs, and have the knowhow to navigate to solutions.

Today, I hold the role of Tower Partner Success Manager

Q: What Are Some "Secrets" to Success You Could Share?

A few ‘secrets’ to success I would share include:

  • Being diligent
  • Approach each opportunity as an opportunity to learn something.

Q: What Advice Would You Give to Someone Who Wants a Similar Career Trajectory?

Remember: each interaction with a customers is valuable, so make each one memerable. Create a strong working relationships. This builds a relaxed environment founded on trust. And, typically, this will ease any arising issues, as the customer you are working with will know they can depend on you to address their concerns.
