Effortless Listing

Getting vehicles to market used to mean time walking your lot taking pictures and then back at your desk, uploading, configuring, and manually entering data. Not anymore.

• Offline-capable inspection app. Document vehicles anywhere (at impound, on the lot, in the field) with no internet connection required. The app lets you easily take photos, note condition details, and capture VIN data on-site. When you’re back online with a connection, simply trigger the app to sync and your listing is populated with all the details.
• Smart listing by VIN. List vehicles individually or in batches using smart templates that surface the information buyers want to see. Listings that are built well get more bids, and these templates guide you to create buyer-centric postings that inspire bigger bids from the moment they’re live.
• Direct TMS integration. If you use Autura’s TOPS or Aries towing management software, your vehicles import directly. And vehicle data flows both ways, pulling directly into your auction listings and pushing back to your TMS, eliminating duplicate data entry and helping you get vehicles from your TMS to a live auction in minutes.
